We provide premium seafood responsibly sourced, fully traceable, and never includes red-rated or unrated items. We exclusively use seafood rated Green or Yellow by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch, and all our farmed products are ASC or BAP certified.
This same passion for quality extends to every ingredient we use. We work with top-class suppliers and verify their practices through frequent internal and third-party audits.
